We all get so caught up during the weeks leading up to Christmas with shopping and baking and decorating and celebrations and wrapping gifts. And, speaking of gifts, it's so easy to let time get away from us once the holidays are over that we forget, sometimes, to send out those all-important thank you cards and notes to those who have been so generous to us.
